Open Explore, choose a printer or request quotes from all printers, upload an STL, OBJ or 3MF file, and complete the material and delivery options. Review the details before submitting.
Print requests support STL, OBJ and 3MF files up to 50 MB. Support tickets accept PNG, JPEG and WebP screenshots up to 5 MB.
Open My Jobs from your account menu, or use the My Print Requests panel on your account dashboard.
Sign in and select the heart on a Marketplace product. Saved products appear in your account and in the Wishlist settings tab.
Open Premium to view your subscription. Manage billing opens the Stripe customer portal, where you can manage your subscription and payment methods.
Use Submit a ticket, choose a category, describe your issue, and optionally attach a screenshot. Submitted tickets appear in My tickets.
